How can we help?

For help with Duple, email us and include the Apple ID email used for the app where possible. Never send passwords, Apple verification codes, or full payment details.

Account and privacy

You can delete your account in Duple under Account → Delete Account. For an access, deletion, or privacy request, email us from the address associated with your account.

Subscriptions and purchases

Use Restore Purchases in Account if a subscription is not showing. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Apple’s subscription settings.

Safety and content reports

Long-press generated text or an image in chat and choose Report. You can also email us with a description of the issue and the approximate time it occurred.

Technical help

Tell us your device model, iOS version, the app version, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove sensitive personal details first.
